mit aus Draht gebogenen Klammern, oder eine Modellgussprothese mit gegossenen Klammern, bis hin zur komfortablen Ausf\u00fchrung als Teleskopprothese, einfach durch Zug am Zahnersatz herauszunehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Die totale Kunststoffprothese kommt zum Einsatz, wenn in einem Kiefer keine nat\u00fcrlichen Z\u00e4hne mehr vorhanden sind. Sie besteht aus Kunststoffz\u00e4hnen, die in der Prothesenbasis befestigt sind. Der Halt der Prothese erfolgt durch den Saugeffekt, der durch eine optimale Anpassung der Basis an die Schleimhautverh\u00e4ltnisse entsteht.<\/p>\n<p>Auch eine optimal angefertigte Totalprothese stellt immer einen Kompromiss dar. Der Sprech- und Kaukomfort ist im Vergleich zum nat\u00fcrlichen Gebiss eingeschr\u00e4nkt.
